minor upgrades (x.0, x.02, etc.) for both bug fixes and product upgrades
for all of our programs. Major upgrades (1.x, 2.x, etc.) are also
free if you have purchased a license within 90 days of the upgrade
release date. If you have not purchased a license within the 90-day
period the major upgrade license is available to you at a special
upgrade price.
